Jamie Rainbolt - Prelicensed Associate

  

Jamie completed her master’s degree in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Trevecca Nazarene University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee University, where she majored in psychology with minors in biology and chemistry. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Tennessee Counseling Association and American Counseling Association, as well as the Theta Nu Upsilon chapter of the Chi Sigma Iota honors society. 


Jamie is committed to ongoing education. She has extended training and supervision in several evidence-based counseling modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. She is currently earning board certifications in Emotion Focused Individual Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, Jamie has received training in disaster response mental health services. Jamie is a board-certified Level 1 Strengths-Based ADHD Clinical Provider (ADHD-CCSP). She enjoys helping children, adults, and couples reach their individualized goals through a personalized counseling process. 


A former college athlete, Jamie loves attending Nashville Soccer Club games and playing goalkeeper in intermural soccer leagues. In her free time, she likes to rock climb, listen to music, watch movies, read, and spend time outside.

Graduate Internship Opportunities Available

CTG accepts a limited amount of graduate interns each semester. Practicum and Internship placements are very competitive and are filled quickly, so early application is suggested. Students should be enrolled in a CACREP accredited graduate program.
